We produce our milled parts on highly modern and very precise CNC machines of the highest quality. We have 4/5-axis machining centres which are equipped with pallet systems to enable automated production. Probe systems measure the workpieces in the machine, and broken tools are detected using a laser beam. To produce parts without deviation we use tempered coolant, and our machines have very precise heat compensation. You can download a list of our manufacturing equipment.
Programming complex components is another area where we use one of the most modern 3D programming systems, reducing the tooling time at the machines. Required equipment and tools are manufactured in our own tool shop to guarantee highest flexibility and quality.
